Ashton has been a cycling instructor since 2016. Her passion is to help create a mix of vibes in class that creates a space for whatever you need that day! Ashton's favorite class formats are Classic or Empower. She plays a mix of genres that help you leave feeling empowered and also like you just went to a party on a bike! When she's outside of the studio, Ashton's favorite thing to do is go to the beach or be at home with her husband and sweet pup, Joy!
