Sara is a Pittsburgh-native, pineapple lover, and triathlete. She started as an indoor cycling instructor in 2009 and her passion for all things Exercise Physiology led her to pursue a Masters of Health and Physical Activity from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015. Sara loves the community of balanced well-being that the CycleBar brand seeks to cultivate in the community, and she is always looking to help her riders improve their health on and off the bike. After a ride with Sara, she hopes you feel more confident, empowered and energetic than when you walked in the door!
