Katie has always had a passion for helping people meet their fitness goals. She has performed and toured with a professional dance company, led dance classes, taught barre classes, and dabbled in many other types of fitness instruction. Katie also has a Masters degree in business and has worked for a major marketing firm, but her passion fitness has always been nearest to her heart. As an instructor, Katie uses the power of positive reinforcement to inspire her riders to leave everything behind and live in the moment.
