Val was born and raised in Southern California but discovered indoor cycling and CycleBar while living in Nashville. After that first class, she knew she had found her tribe! Whether it's the atmosphere, the lights, or riding to the beat of great music, CycleBar has become her favorite escape from the craziness of life. From Hip-Hop, EDM, Indie-Rock, to Pop, you will hear it in her class if it has a heavy beat and a good beat drop! As an instructor, Val loves helping people gain confidence by realizing their inner strength. Val works at an advertising agency by day, and when she is not torturing people with fast RPMs, isolations, or heavy gear, she loves snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing, the Green Bay Packers, and is an avid book nerd!
