She’s a California native so you’ll always catch a smile on and off the bike! She encourages riders to push past their limits and to live life to the fullest. She is an Occupational Therapist by trade so resiliency, client centered goals are her JAM! Her playlists consist of hard hitters, 80s/90s throwbacks and songs that pull you to the present moment. Her goal after every class? Feeling a sense of accomplishment and knowing you have a community that you can lean on, always.
