Taia
Taia is from Melbourne, IA and moved to West Des Moines after graduating from Simpson College in 2019! She was on the dance team in college and found CycleBar to be the perfect combo of rhythm and fitness she was looking for after retiring from dance. Taia works as a social media specialist at a local marketing agency as her full-time gig, and is also a dance teacher at a studio in Norwalk! She all about attitude and effort, the two things you can always control. Taia is super excited to bring positivity and energy to her classes! Let’s get it, CYCLEBAR!
