Heather
Heather found CycleBar when she moved to KC in 2021. She already had a love for group fitness with loud music & fun lights, so CycleBar & the community quickly became her home. She joined the CB team first as a CBX, then found her way to podium. Her favorite music is rock, rap, and anything with big beat drops. By day, she is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Exercise Science, and currently works for a tech company.
