Sydney found her love for CycleBar when she was looking for a way to keep her body moving after her career as a traditional athlete ended. Sydney has always loved the atmosphere of pushing to be better with people that have a common goal. Her favorite part about being a CycleStar is creating a killer playlist & getting to meet all the incredible members that allow her to train with them. Outside of CycleBar, Sydney spends her time with middle schoolers teaching them about all the cool things in history, long walks with her doggo Theo, & spends quality time with her friends & family.
