Elyse
Elyse has been riding bikes outside with her family since she was a little girl. She discovered a love of indoor cycling in 2011 after graduating college, but didn’t find her true passion for indoor cycling until July of 2021 when she took her first CycleBar class. She instantly fell in love with the music, community and most of all, dancing on the bike. Elyse loves to play a variety of genres in her classes and especially enjoys a good beat drop.
