Heather, a Registered Nurse, worked in Healthcare for 23 years before retiring to become a stay at home mom to sons Ethan and Bryce. She has always been involved sports and fitness activity. She attended Adelphi University (Garden City, Long Island) on a basketball scholarship, was on the University’s Tennis Team and has run numerous 5ks, 10ks and half marathons. An ankle injury, requiring surgery forced her to hang up her running shoes in 2017. Desperate to find a new fitness activity that her body could tolerate, Heather attended her first CycleBar class in March of 2018. She instantly fell in love with the fun, energetic, musically charged, rhythmic based cycling. Her passion drove her to train to become a CycleBar Instructor.
Heather’s personal mission statement on the podium: Make a difference to someone every. single. day; be encouraging, inspiring, kind and positive. Show them the love they deserve.
