Heather attended her first CycleBar class in March of 2018. She instantly fell in love with the fun, energetic, musically charged, rhythmic based cycling experience and knew she had to become an instructor. Heather likes to give riders an experience that leaves them feeling empowered and triumphant. She plays every genre of music, but especially loves finding hot covers and is always searching for fun remixes.
