Alicia is full of energy and makes every heart pumping interval fun and exciting. Her favorite move on the bike is doing a press into a tap. Alicia plays a wide variety of base booming, beat dropping, empowering music, along with the classic throwback. Her hobbies include hiking, exploring new restaurants, and hanging out with her cat named Moose. Alicia has been a part of the CycleBar Family since May of 2016. Her CycleBar journey began in Scottsdale, Arizona where she worked as a CBX and then later became an instructor in 2019 when she moved back home to New Jersey. Using her background in psychology and her passion to cultivate personal growth, Alicia will have you leaving class feeling stronger, more confident, and satisfied from all your hard work in class.
