Rebecca

Being active, fitness, and dance have been a part of Rebecca’s life since she can remember. She began taking all disciplines of dance at a very young age and hasn’t stopped. During her younger years she performed with a dance company which competed nationally and won top honors. This passion for being active led her down another path during her college years where she began taking various fitness classes and her addiction to the gym turned into her first job as a fitness instructor at the town’s local fitness center. After college, Rebecca decided to pursue her passion in dance and performance and worked for Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL performing in many shows and parades. Her time in Orlando, also afforded her opportunities to teach dance classes and perform overseas for the military. After 12 years in Orlando, Rebecca made the decision to move West to Denver to be close to family, and stepped back into the fitness teaching realm. Teaching everything from Hip Hop Fitness, HITT, to Barre, she took her first CycleBar spin class from long time friend Katie Brantley in February of 2016. From the first beat drop, she was hooked and from that moment, had her mind set on becoming a CycleStar. In July of 2016, she saw that dream become a reality and was on the opening CycleStar team for CycleBar Lone Tree. After a brief hiatus from teaching in 2020, Rebecca, a.k.a. Hot Sauce, came back home to CycleBar Lone Tree, where she currently teaches. She continues to learn from others and takes away from each class something positive she can bring to her own classes when she teaches. She loves the community, the family that is CycleBar. ‘I love our members and our team. I love to inspire, motivate, and empower; and be inspired, motivated, and empowered in return. There is no greater gift, then, to give of oneself and get more in return.’
