Stephanie
Steph, an NJ native, fell in love with the beat of CycleBar years ago and understands just how motivating movement to good music can be. Her taste in music ranges from all the decades 70s and up, to pop punk emo, to hip hop, to reggaeton. Outside the studio she is a school administrator, and can otherwise be found watching (or shuttling her kid to) hockey games - let’s go Devils! Steph hopes her riders come out of her class feeling good and remembering to be kind - starting with themselves.
