Courtney is a Charlotte native and she always has had a love for fitness growing up either playing a sport or in a gym working out. She found her passion for cycling from her older sister who introduced her to CycleBar 4 years ago. She became an instructor to not only motivate her riders to achieve their goals every class but to help them grow in their every day lifestyles. “At CycleBar, we ride as one. It’s a team effort and we are always sending that positive energy out to the world after we leave class together.“ When she’s not dancing on a bike, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend Jeff and playing with her new pup Pepper!
