Liv recently moved from Colorado and has been a part of the CycleBar community since 2019 as both a rider and instructor! She is passionate about connecting with her community and encouraging each person in their personal growth journey! When she’s not at the studio, she enjoys spending time outside backpacking, traveling, and walking her pup, Ivy! Catch Liv for Monday night Connect rides at 5pm and Tuesday & Thursday 7am Xpress rides!
