Amanda enjoys being active and constantly trying new things. After starting indoor cycling as a way to cross train for running, she was inspired to become a CycleBar instructor. Amanda feels that the best motivation to reach your fitness goals is by surrounding yourself with a positive and supportive community, which is what she aims to provide for riders. She tries to include a variety of genres in her playlists so that everyone stays engaged and excited throughout their ride for the best workout possible. Some of Amanda's other passions include running, traveling and anything animal related!
