Jess has always been passionate about fitness and food, so she went to college for nutrition and was a group fitness instructor during that time. Since then, she has moved back to Massachusetts to attend Boston University to become a dietitian. She enjoys using cycling as a stress reliever as well as to empower her riders to achieve their goals.
