Abby believes in the theatre-kid-to-spin-instructor pipeline. She's overjoyed to call herself an instructor after finding a love for spin by trying out various studios, only to fall in love with CycleBar! Her goal is to help riders get stronger while remembering that spin is a party on a bike! You can catch her listening to yacht rock or Ariana Grande when she's not at her job as an event coordinator.
