Kara is a proud rider turned CBX turned Instructor! She is a lover of all things CycleBar and was addicted the moment she set foot in the studio. She aims to bring that joy, and power that she found on the bike, to every rider that takes her class! A theatre kid at heart, Kara lives for the thrill of the ride. She’s a big fan of throwbacks, punk rock, EDM hits and everything else in between! As a certified sommelier, Kara enjoys a nice glass of wine on the couch with her dog and husband, and loves checking out the newest fun restaurants in her free time.
