Alex was a rider at CycleBar Montvale since opening in 2018 and decided to bring her love for CycleBar to the podium. Her passion and excitement radiates off the bike as she delivers a rhythm-based ride full of opportunities to push yourself past your limits. When Alex is not in the studio, you can find her working to become an attorney! Alex graduated with a B.A from Syracuse University and is now pursuing her J.D. at Pace University in White Plains. In a classic ride, Alex loves team power pushes and fast jogs out of the saddle, so get ready for all the fun when you walk into her class.
