Accountant by day but a passionate fitness instructor by night! Joy has been a group fitness instructor teaching cardio and strength training classes for 20 years. She started teaching cycling a little over 3 years ago and it has become one of her favorite classes to teach. Joy is also an avid runner and enjoys participating in many of the Pittsburgh races including the Pittsburgh half marathon. She loves seeing people reach their fitness goals by having a good time while working hard. It gives members a sense of accomplishment and the desire to come back for more. Making one person’s day a little better or pushing one person a little further is so rewarding and I’m grateful to be a small part of their fitness journey!
