Kara fell in love with indoor cycling at CycleBar the moment she heard, “find that beat.” Missing movement to music since her years as a dancer had come to an end, CycleBar immediately filled that void. It wasn’t long before she took the leap and pursued becoming a CycleStar with the support of family, friends and other CycleStars. Kara is passionate about getting to know her riders and crafting an experience that will make everyone in the room feel like they can succeed, no matter what.
