Lauren
Lauren’s love for Cyclebar began in October 2020 when one of her good friends became an instructor. Lauren fell in love with the experience, music, workout, and energy she felt during and after class and quickly became a member. When Lauren saw a new studio was opening in O’Fallon, she knew she had to audition to become an instructor herself! Lauren has now been an instructor since we opened our doors in November 2021. When not a the studio, Lauren is a busy mom of four and works in HR for a large, global petfood company. Lauren has a love for all things health, wellbeing, and fitness. In Lauren’s classes, you can expect to find a mix of EDM, hip-hop, and pop, all with a great beat drop! Lauren’s classes can be described as energetic, fun, lighthearted and challenging. Lauren wants every rider to leave feeling energized, accomplished, and challenged. She can’t wait to see you at CBOF!
