Sophie
Sophie has been riding with CycleBar for over 2 years and she is so excited to be an instructor now! She strives to help riders reach their goals, in and out of class. She is from the Sarasota area and is a UCF student studying Marketing. When she’s not at CycleBar, you can find her at the beach, another group fitness class or grabbing ice cream with a friend. In Sophie’s classes there will be lots of elbow drops, jogs and good vibes!
