Beth

Beth has over 25 years of experience teaching group fitness, in a variety of formats, and her passion for group exercise has never wavered. Although Beth has taught a variety of fitness formats at several gyms, nothing has ever captivated her body and mind like CycleBar. She immediately fell in love with the intoxicating studio experience and started teaching there in early 2020. Her goal is to leave you feeling great, both body and mind, so you can't wait to come back for more!
