Vanessa
Vanessa is a Colorado native born in Denver, raised in Aurora. She has 3 boys that keep her busy (this includes her husband, ha!) and a sassy dog named Daisy. Vanessa joined CycleBar as a member in 2019 and quickly became a regular rider. Her passion has always been to help others; What better way to live out that passion than to step up on the podium? In class you’re sure to enjoy a variety of music, but something 90’s and Latinx is her favorite. She loves watching people transform mentally and physically. Vanessa will help you to feel comfortable in class, but also push you to your limits.
