Carissa took her first class at CycleBar in 2021 while in college. Coming from a cheerleading background, she loved the high intensity, music, and community through CycleBar. When she isn’t riding, you can catch her at ACU Dallas getting her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Being a CycleBar Instructor brings Carissa so much joy and motivation to make sure her riders feel encouraged, empowered, and confident in their ride!
