Allie
Allie was born in Salem, MA and was raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts. The daughter of an athlete, she was surrounded by sports her whole life and discovered her first love of rhythmic movement in figure skating. Later in life she discovered rhythm based spin and instantly fell in love. This also came at a time when she was battling depression and poor health, and she credits the strength she found through spin with her ability to overcome her challenges. She hopes to show anyone who takes her class they are capable of finding the same strongest version of themselves. She always aims to create an inclusive yet challenging space in all her classes, set to euphoric, upbeat music that helps us connect with our inner athlete. She believes in finding ways through challenges, not around them.
