Kelly started her fitness journey as a rugby player in college and has always loved the challenge of a good workout…the kind that pushes you to accomplish more than you think you can. She was introduced to indoor cycling when she was at school in Pittsburgh, and she kinda fell in love. She now brings some of that city grit and edge into her rides. You can expect to rock out to anything from hip hop, EDM, rap, pop and even some 80s! When she is not at the studio riding or teaching, she spends her time working as an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or playing with puppies somewhere outside. She is always down for a new adventure and tries to say “yes” to new opportunities! Kelly says, “I want riders to come in with an open mind without any fear of being judged. When they leave that bike, I want them to feel: empowered, strong, motivated, determined, and ready to take on anything. Most of all, I want them to feel like they have found somewhere they belong and can just be themselves.
