Courtney is a former NFL cheerleader turned indoor cycling instructor. After concluding her professional cheerleading career, she took her first indoor cycling class at CycleBar Redlands and was instantly hooked. From that moment, she knew she wanted to be up on the podium.
When clipping-in with Courtney, she empowers you to feel confident, inspired, and connected to the community. Her experience is welcoming, fun, and packed with a diverse range of music. Outside of the studio, Courtney is a Recreation Therapist. Working in mental health and fitness is a huge passion of hers. She was raised in Redlands and absolutely loves this community!"
