Eryk's spin obsession began nearly 10 years ago, when he was living in Los Angeles, CA, as a rider. He quickly leveled out of the front row and found himself on the instructor podium. Having taught classes on both the West and East Coasts, he has been part of the Redlands instructor team since 2022. Eryk's classes, though challenging, are meant for all fitness levels. He will push your boundaries both physically and mentally, and hopes to make you smile the entire time. As his day job, Eryk manages a brewery. In his free time, you can find him hiking in the woods while searching for new music to add to his classes. Eryk's mantra is "Just show up, we'll do the rest together".
