If you’re looking for a high energy spin class that will challenge both your body and mind, then Eryk is definitely the instructor for you. Having utilized fitness, especially cycling, as a way maintain his own mental health, Eryk’s goal in every class is to have riders walk out feeling stronger and more confident in their own bodies and lives. Outside of the studio, Eryk manages a brewery in the small mountain where he resides. It’s safe to say Eryk is creating vibes and brings his energy everywhere he goes.
