Kaylyn

Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Kaylyn laid her foundation in Rocklin a few years ago. She is a wife and mother of two who enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. After college, she worked at a corporation and sat at a desk all day, but couldn’t manage to sit still. At one point, she was given a unique career opportunity to focus on something that brought more balance into her life. Kaylyn chose to concentrate on becoming a cycling instructor—and she’s loved every minute of the journey. Kaylyn’s passion for teaching helps her create motivating, energizing classes.
