Serena discovered indoor cycling in Sacramento. She fell in love with it and made a commitment to one day become an instructor. Serena’s love for people helps her inspire and motivate her class to break through their mental and physical barriers. Her classes are energetic, sassy and challenging. Serena hopes to share the feeling of accomplishment with her riders after every class.
