Brooke

Brooke grew up in San Diego and attended college at Point Loma Nazarene University. During the week, she works as a Civil Designer for a civil engineering company. In 2024, she joined CycleBar as a rider and never looked back! Spin quickly became an outlet and a safe space to work through her anxiety. She is passionate about how much exercise helps with mental health, and she loves to bring that enthusiasm to the podium! In her classes, you’ll find a mix of genres; she loves her playlists to have a fun energy (and maybe a throwback here and there).
