Alicia
Alicia was born and raised right here in the bay area more specifically in San Mateo County. She started teaching indoor cycling back in 2007 and never looked back. By day Alicia works as an Office Manager/ Assistant Property Manager. Fitness is a huge passion of hers. She has spent years training and working hard to maintain an active lifestyle. For her being fit and in shape is just the added bonus of years of hard work. The mental stability and the self confidence that comes with fitness is what really drives her and that is why she has continued to teach. She wants others to feel and experience all that an active lifestyle has to offer. Teaching gives her the opportunity to do just that. In her class you will hear all sorts of music from across the genre board, however she is a lover of the 80' 90's and 00's so you can be sure to hear that those will pop in her lists.
