Melissa
Born and raised in New Jersey, Mel brings an East Coast edge with a West Coast glow. Half Irish and half Panamanian, she’s got equal parts grit and sazón. After living in Los Angeles for the past 6 years, she’s made her mark as a professional dancer, choreographer, and all-around movement powerhouse. Before hitting the LA scene, Mel toured nationally and performed professionally as a dancer, starting out as a ballerina and later becoming a commercial dancer, she also expanded her artistry by teaching fitness in New York City. Now, she’s back to where it all began — combining rhythm, fire, and community — as part of the CycleBar Sherman Oaks team. Her background includes working with reputable artists and brands across the entertainment industry, making every ride feel like a production in motion.
