Engineer by day, CycleStar by night, and father of two extraordinary kids (Quentin & Sophia). Graylynne (easier to call “G”) is a long time Seattle-lite born in LA, raised in southwest WA, and graduated from Western Washington University. Before transferring to WWU, he was a three sport HS athlete (football, basketball, baseball) that spent two years at junior college that won back-to-back NWAC championships in baseball – GO RED DEVILS! G loves CBSLU as it’s been essential to continuing to connect with his community and core to his journey of losing 100lbs. Graylynne’s classes are incredibly high energy, he wants you to feel challenged and leave feeling inspired with a huge smile on your face.
