Rachel started her cycling journey by clipping in for the very first time as a rider at CycleBar South Tampa. She quickly learned that CycleBar was about so much more than just a physical workout. She fell in love with the community and the physical and mental growth she experienced, but most of all, she fell in love with the idea that riding a stationary bike in a dark room to powerful music can take you anywhere you want to go. Having struggled with obesity, extreme weight loss, and finding self-love and self-acceptance, Rachel wants her riders to feel like anyone – at any stage, any age, and any fitness level – deserves to feel challenged, empowered, able, and motivated. Her goal is to help you find the magic and power to become to very best version of yourself – with a million laughs along the way.
