Heather recently found her passion for instructing and made the leap from rider to instructor at CycleBar in August of 2023 after being an avid rider with Cyclebar for 2 years. When she’s not on the bike, Heather enjoys running outside, walking her dog, chasing her toddler and traveling with her husband. In Heather’s classes, you can expect to hear all types of music, from country to pop, to EDM (anything with a great beat!). Heather grew up taking dance classes, so her favorite parts of CycleBar are riding to the beat and, of course, the choreography!
