Glo has been a CycleBar Instructor for a HOT MINUTE! Since May 1st of 2023 :) She loves several genres like throwbacks, hip hop and 80's-2000's.
Her life outside the studio: SHE LOVES FITNESS. She is usually writing workouts, learning Jazzercise routines or researching the latest & greatest on what our lifestyle has to offer. Glo loves music, and reading. When she is not working out, she is usually watching the latest crime documentary as she is an armchair detective. Her life revolves around her family and 3 fur babies.
