Holly has an education in fitness and nutrition and has always had a passion for helping people reach their full potential through health and wellness. After she took her first cycling class she immediately became addicted to the intensity and empowering feeling you get while riding. She is an avid marathon runner and over the years, cycling has proven to be a great way to cross-train and help her reach new goals. On and off the bike, Holly believes that one of the best things you can do for yourself is to reach outside of your comfort zone. It is amazing the growth and change that can be unlocked while trying new things and embracing that sometimes it takes a breakdown to find a breakthrough. Each class, she wants her riders to feel inspired, challenged, strong, proud, and most of all have fun!
