Stephanie fell in love with indoor cycling after her first CycleBar ride in 2016. In fact, that’s the year she started teaching and spent the first 9 months of her indoor cycling career pregnant. She considers herself a cool human, but an even cooler mom. When she’s not teaching or being a mom, you can find Steph working her full-time gigs managing social media and teaching at the University of North Texas.
