Bri is passionate about all things health and fitness and promotes this in those around her. Sports were an important part of her life growing up and she had a successful collegiate career playing soccer. After college, Bri continued her fitness journey with running. Several years ago, Bri had a stroke and was told that she could not continue extreme running. She recovered and was determined to find something that would be challenging and still allow her to continue her passion for fitness. She found CycleBar! This challenging, fun and motivating experience filled her needs, and becoming an instructor to inspire others and share her new passion was a logical step. She wants everyone to be able to reach their full potential and push themselves further than they thought possible. Bri wants YOU to leave class feeling UNSTOPPABLE!
