Alyson
Alyson hails from Seattle, but has lived all over the United States, including Oakland, CA, New York City, NY, and a previous 2-year residency in Washington, DC. She recently moved back to the District, and works full-time as an in-house attorney for a tech company. Alyson found her love of indoor cycling in 2017, after attending her first class as a favor to a friend. She became a CycleBar rider in 2023, and made the leap to instructing in 2024. Alyson’s favorite part of the CycleBar experience is the electric energy in the studio. Her goal for each class is to provide an environment where you feel strong on the bike, connected to your body, capable of pushing your limits, and free to release stress and have fun with your fitness!
