Jill has been a dedicated rider clipped in for over a decade, and when she transitioned from rider to instructor, she discovered her true passion. She was here when CycleBar Wellington first opened its doors and instantly fell in love with the community that continues to motivate and inspire her every single day. Off the bike, Jill is a wife and mom of two who knows firsthand how important it is to carve out time for yourself. Her mission is to help riders break through both physical and mental barriers, whether that’s pushing hard through a sprint or using those 45 minutes as a much-needed mental escape. Jill wants every rider to feel stronger, clearer, and more connected to their best self by the time the class ends. Her playlists are always an exciting mix of genres, keeping the energy high and the vibe fresh.
