Kasey
Kasey started riding at CycleBar shortly after moving to North Carolina in 2020 and instantly felt like she’d found her new home. She quickly fell in love with the fun and energetic workouts, along with the inspiring community of CycleBar friends. Kasey works full-time as a nurse, and finds cycling to be one of the best forms of stress relief. She hopes that her rides can provide the same for her riders, allowing them to leave feeling motivated and ready to tackle their day!
