Rachel came to CycleBar as an avid rider who had been taking spin classes since her freshman year of college. It wasn’t until her first CycleBar class that she was instantly hooked to the undeniable energy created inside that dark room and knew she wanted to share that experience with others. Her goal is to help riders push past self doubt and push forward to become their best selves. If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. So crank up that resistance, clear your mind and enjoy the ride!
