If you love discovering new local Omaha music, heavy hills, angsty jams followed by empowering bops, and walking out of the studio feeling like you can do anything- you'll love taking a class with Alex. If she’s not on the podium, you can find Alex in the studio with Chipper on her lap using her as a comfy chair, hyping up members, or tending to the studio plants. In addition to bringing her affirming energy to the studio, Alex owns a hair salon in downtown Omaha with her wife, Jordan, and has worked in the Omaha nonprofit sector for over 10 years. As the proud mom of two rescue dogs- Ginsburg and Wyatt- she will ALWAYS ask about your pets and ask you to tell them they're a good baby from their Aunt Alex. Alex loves bringing her passion for local music, the power of movement, and building a welcoming community to CBWO and her classes.
