Allyssa
Allyssa moved to West Van from Buffalo, NY in 2019 and works in Human Resources when not rocking out in the studio as an instructor! After running track and figure skating her whole life, Allyssa missed the individually competitive, yet team oriented, environment those two sports offered, and found that same motivation and energy within CycleBar! You can expect some heavy beat drops, fun choreo, and fast runs in her ride. She'd love to chat about anything hiking, skiing or football related (Go Bills!) after class! @lyssdar
